At Revivco, we aim to deliver your order safely, reliably, and with clear expectations. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Australia and New Zealand orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. United States orders are generally dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Houston, Texas. United Kingdom orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre.

To help avoid unnecessary delays, if an item is temporarily unavailable at its usual fulfilment location, your order or part of your order may be dispatched from an alternate fulfilment centre. In these cases, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframes listed below.

You’ll receive:

• An order confirmation email once your purchase is placed; and
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Australia

• Standard Tracked Delivery — $9.95 AUD, free for orders $60.00 AUD and up. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Priority Tracked Delivery — $14.95 AUD. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas may take longer. If an item is dispatched from an alternate fulfilment centre due to local stock availability, the standard Australian delivery timeframes above may not apply.

New Zealand

• Standard Tracked Delivery — $12.95 NZD, free for orders $75.00 NZD and up. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas may take longer. If an item is dispatched from an alternate fulfilment centre due to stock availability, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe above.

United States

• Standard Tracked Delivery — $6.95 USD, free for orders $50.00 USD and up. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Priority Tracked Delivery — $14.95 USD. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

United States orders are generally dispatched domestically from our fulfilment centre in Houston, Texas.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, remote locations, and other areas outside standard carrier networks may take longer. If an item is dispatched from an alternate fulfilment centre due to local stock availability, the standard United States delivery timeframes above may not apply.

United Kingdom

• Standard UK Delivery — £5.95 GBP, free for orders £30.00 GBP and up. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing where applicable, public holidays, peak shipping periods, or the fulfilment location of your order.

Free Shipping Thresholds

Thresholds are calculated on the value of items in your cart and are displayed clearly at checkout.

Split Shipments & Alternate Fulfilment

In some cases, items within the same order may be dispatched separately or from different fulfilment locations depending on stock availability. This allows us to get available items to you sooner rather than holding your entire order.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

If an order is fulfilled from an alternate fulfilment centre due to stock availability, no additional shipping charge will be applied because of the alternate fulfilment location.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

For orders dispatched from an international or alternate fulfilment centre, please allow up to 3 business days after receiving your tracking confirmation for movement to appear as your order progresses through the carrier network.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders dispatched internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Where these charges apply and are not collected by Revivco at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs requirements before placing an order.

United States orders dispatched from our Houston, Texas fulfilment centre are shipped domestically and are not subject to import duties or customs charges as part of their delivery to the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

• We may be unable to ship certain items to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some products may be unavailable for delivery to certain remote locations.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, severe weather, public holidays, or peak delivery periods.

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the relevant carrier and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and applicable consumer protection legislation in the United States and United Kingdom.
