At Revivco, we aim to deliver your order safely, reliably, and with clear expectations. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Australia and New Zealand orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. United States and United Kingdom orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre.

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email once your purchase is placed; and
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Australia

Standard Delivery — Fully tracked. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Priority Delivery — Fully tracked. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas may take longer.

New Zealand

Standard Delivery — Fully tracked. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas may take longer.

United States

Standard Delivery — Fully tracked. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery — Fully tracked. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are displayed clearly at checkout. Rates vary by destination and selected delivery option. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Tracking is included with every order.

Free Shipping Thresholds

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Thresholds and eligibility are displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

For international orders, please allow up to 3 business days after receiving your tracking confirmation for movement to appear as your order clears our fulfilment centre.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Revivco at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship certain items to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may be unavailable for delivery to certain remote locations.

Delays & Risk of Loss

Revivco is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and applicable consumer protection legislation in the United States and United Kingdom.
